The team at Pacific is friendly and knowledgeable. Julie & Lori were great to bounce ideas of and get their perspective on what I had in mind, from a new bike, to getting into new carbon wheels, swapping out the handlebars etc. And they went above and beyond to not only understand what I wanted but delivered to my great satisfaction. I highly recommend you visit this store for all your bike needs, and the cafe is pretty nifty too!. Thank you Julie & Lori!

Fun store to shop at, whether you're there to gear up or just drool over the latest frames (like the P5X on display). They have everything from swim, bike, and run equipment to nutrition to mechanics to bike fitting services, it's a complete package here. The people that work here are very nice and are excellent resources for knowledge and feedback.

The café looks cool and is a fun addition. There are plenty of options for coffee, espresso, dairy/non-dairy milk, etc to suit any taste. It will be the perfect spot to start or end a ride or even just to get your regular morning fix. I was told there is also a room full of CompuTrainers for cycling classes and a shower downstairs but did not check it out.

Great little shop for the bike community and those just wanting a cup of coffee or pastry. The staff is very friendly, the pastries are fresh and excellent and the coffee is exceptional. Stop in say hi and have a cup of coffee, you won't be disappointed.

Just bought a bike from Pacific a few weeks ago. I could not be happier.  Julie and the whole team at Pacific really treated me right!  I felt very comfortable from the fitting through delivery and even some adjustments afterwards. Pacific delivered quickly and I would recommend this shop to anyone!!

I am new to the world of Triathlons and needed a bike and this store was recommended by a friend.  It's about 30 mins from where i live with multiple bike stores along the way. The reason I went with Pacific is because Julie and Lori were so helpful.  They took the time to explain everything to me and showed me multiple bikes.  They understood what I was looking for and recommended a bike that fit my body better and had a more aggressive geometry. The bike fit by Lori was great and definitely worth it.  I recommend it for everybody.  Why suffer being in an awkward position when you can have your bike adjusted to your body and be more aero / put more power down?

I had an issue with one of the products I purchased.  I told Julie and without any hesitation she replaced it.  She's been very responsive over e-mail with any inquiries I have. They also stock everything else you could need in the store for a triathlon so def worth the trip in my opinion.  They're friendly and I've been very satisfied.

Absolutely love this shop!  I've been coming in for my cycling needs over the past year and found the entire team to be knowlegeable and friendly.  Not only does the shop look awesome in a restored building but it's got a great selection of bikes, gear (running, triathlon, swim, nutrition etc).  Julie has always been super friendly and willing to share knowledge and advice I started doing group Computrainer rides at the shop and it was clear that my existing bike wasn't fitting me.  Jason worked tirelessly with me to get it where I needed it to be!  The classes vastly improved my bike fitness and were a blast to do while meeting some great people.

I ended up buying a road bike earlier this year and what a treat it was to ride a bike that fits me from the start.  I'm thrilled that these guys are in my "backyard."  And, they seem to volunteer at and support a ton of events which is great for the local community.

I worked with Julie and Jason to purchase a bicycle they had on sale. The big hurdle was I'm on the west coast. They worked with me over email and on the phone - getting me pictures of the bike, working out a deal, and shipping a nicely packed bike. Communication was excellent and they were easy to talk to. Thank you guys for a smooth and easy transaction.

The real gem here is Sean who runs the repair area.  He really cares about getting you back on your bike quickly because he is an avid bicyclist as well.  I have never been disappointed with his service and am excited about their move up High Ridge Road by the Merritt. (I actually drive by two other bike shops to get to PSBR)

My husband has been wanting to get bikes for some time now. I enjoy indoor cycling and was hesitant about investing in a new sport that I truly knew nothing about. I agreed to visit PSBR with him to just look at our options. The shop President, Julie helped us out instantly and showed us a few bikes that would best suit our needs (road bikes that could also withstand dirt/gravel trails). She adjusted the bikes to our comfort, let us ride around for a while, and talked to us about what we'd need and places we could go. This instantly made me feel more comfortable in the idea of purchasing some bikes. We visited another bike shop in the area to see our options but quickly found our way back to PSBR to make the purchase. Once we bought the bikes, the staff was SUPER helpful in getting out bikes set up, including showing us the accessories we'd need, installing our kickstands and water bottles, letting us try on different helmets, and so on. They were patient and resourceful. They were also not super salesy or pushy and completely respectful of our questions and needs.

Hard to find words when you find the right store for your cycling and triathlon needs. Pacific Swim Bike Run is a place you need to check out. Some cycling stores feel like factory plants, just trying to get the next bike out the door, this is not the feeling you get at PSBR. I recently got into triathlons and the staff here is by far some of the best I've ever interacted with. Everyone is extremely friendly and want to see you reach your goals. They are also genuinely excited for you to get involved in these sports from the start. If something goes wrong, they'll help you out with your gear and get you back to your training routine in no time. Personally, I had health concerns that needed to be considered when becoming a triathlete. Jason and the PSBR staff were great in helping me out, giving me tips and it's allowed me to take on my first 70.3 by the end of this summer. Go visit PSBR, you will be happy that you did.

During this past year, I trained for my first Ironman.  Pacific SBR was my one-stop shop for EVERYTHING.  As a first time Ironman it was important for me to have someplace where all my questions would be answered (no matter how silly).  From indoor cycling to coaching to wet suits to nutrition, I found everything I needed. The group track and biking sessions were especially helpful for my training.  Big thanks to Jason & the rest of the team at Pacific!

This morning I got a flat tire outside of the bike shop about 45 minutes before they opened. Luckily someone was there and invited me inside, which is something most shops won't do. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The is the first time I can ever say I'm lucky to get a flat since I found a great bike shop.

I recently traveled very far to have a proper bike fit analysis performed at Pacific. Lori was highly recommended to perform the fit, I learned a lot through the process, and could not be happier with the changes she incorporated to my bike positioning/setup. Beyond bike fitting, Pacific is the place to go if you need a bike, need a tune, or just need a really awesome coffee! Thanks for all the help and great service always.

Just had our first service here. Bikes came back clean, clean, clean and the mechanic caught an issue others did not and fixed it. Very happy. Looking forward to the first ride of the spring season. We will return.
